This advanced rating engine support value based rating initiated by any network, customer or time event, charging by attributes such as duration, QoS, volume and others, content based rating originating from content information such as a MMS, ring tones, games, etc., customer based rating founded upon the customer's definition, or even accumulation based rating centered upon meeting the required elements for discounting activities. The engine is attribute independent - in other words, it can refer to and make decisions based on any service, be it an accumulated value, customer balance, customer information, event's, etc. And when new services are defined, the system can operate that service instantly.

Customer self care

Account Information – The main account screen presents general information like personal or company data, account balances, notes, date, unpaid invoices, simcards, etc. Management Information – presents information concerning extended reports for the requested period of time. EBPP – The Electronic Billing & Payment Presentment module allows to manage the payments.
